Self service with Break-Glass

Gympie Radiology has now enabled the Break-Glass feature within Gympie Radiology Connect and Inteleviewer. This allows you to access your patient's studies on those occasions when you weren't the originating referrer.

How to use Break-Glass:

• Click on padlock icon to access break glass
• Accept the terms of confidentiality agreement
• Enter the patients ID or patient name and DOB
• Click 'check patient'
• Access patient studies
• Select the visit you wish to view
