Our Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly team and manage the practice's accounts and fortnightly payroll function for approximately 50 employees.

The role requires someone who has a strong grounding in small business bookkeeping. It is ideal for an experienced individual who is capable of working independently and collaborating with a larger administrative support team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s bookkeeping and administration functions including:

• Fortnightly payroll (approximately 50 employees)
• Superannuation processing
• End of month/year accounting
• BAS and ATO reporting
• Payroll tax reporting

What are we looking for?

Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Banking administration, invoice handling, and payroll experience
• Experience in both day-to-day input and end of year accounting procedures
• Excellent time management and administration skills
• Excellent account reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Key Pay payroll experience desirable but not essential

• Provide quality reporting with a primary focus on Nuclear Imaging

Our Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform all Nuclear Medicine procedures on a SPECT/CT camera
  • Working alongside all modalities as part of the nuclear medicine team
  • Perform Nuclear Medicine work to a high standard in accordance with Australian standards
  • Maintain the highest standard of patient care and safety
  • Accurately read and interpret referrals and ensure all documentation is completed correctly for each examination
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our radiologists, radiographers and sonographers, reception team and our patients

 

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation (Nuclear Medicine) or equivalent
  • Experience working with SPECT/CT systems essential, and PET/CT systems preferred
  • Hold AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, QLD Radiation Licence and/or be eligible for same
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Self-starter and positive attitude

Our Role

We are seeking a personable, well-presented and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our busy practice. The role includes:

• Set up of procedures and supporting radiologists with procedures
• Providing support to our Imaging Technicians and radiologists, and assisting with manual handling of patients
• Processing patient visits (this may include printing and packaging imaging and discs, as well as importing and exporting digital images)
• Assisting patients in preparation for scans.
• Occasionally required to act as chaperone during patient visits
• Preparing pre-scan items for patients
• Maintaining stores and cleanliness of the practice environment
• If desired, this role can be a back-up medical imaging reception staff member
